Introduction

The SMC50B static pulse current SMU is designed for the characteristic analysis and testing of power semiconductor devices, and can be widely used in the testing of IGBT, SiC MOSFET, and other components that require fast response to pulse current and high-speed accurate voltage sampling.

As a pulse working mode source meter unit, SMC50B can provide pulse current of 500A/board unit, support current expansion, and parallel operation of multiple boards (e.g., 1000A, 2000A, 3000A and above); And support dual synchronous remote voltage measurement (with configurable sampling points).
